Yerel hesap ve proje verileri
Hesaplayıcı girişleri ve sonuçları, sunucuya iletilmeden cihazınızda işlenir. Oluşturduğunuz projeler ve kaydettiğiniz hesap kayıtları cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır. Bu yerel kayıtlar, sizin açıkça gönderdiğiniz destek talebinin parçası yapmadığınız sürece Akrosis’e veya Firebase’e iletilmez.
Uygulama GPS veya cihaz konum izni istemez; ülke ya da şehir gibi konum alanlarını toplamaz.
Destek talebinde işlenen veriler
Uzmana Sor ekranında Talebi gönder eylemini açıkça seçtiğinizde destek talebiniz işlenir. Talep; proje açıklamasını, eklediyseniz hesap özetini ve seçtiğiniz iletişim veya proje bilgilerini içerebilir. Talebi göndermek için e-posta zorunludur; ad ve telefon isteğe bağlıdır. Doldurursanız firma, telefon, proje tipi, hedef kontrol ve mevcut kamera, lens veya aydınlatma bilgileri de talebin metnine eklenebilir.
Bu destek akışı için anonim Firebase kullanıcı kimliği, sunucu zamanı, dil tercihi ve App Check doğrulaması kullanılır. Firebase Authentication, kimlik doğrulama güvenliği ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi için IP adresi ve istemci bilgisi gibi teknik ağ verilerini de işleyebilir.
İlk açık destek talebinden sonra Firebase Authentication veya App Check teknik oturum belirteçlerini yenileyebilir. Bu yenileme tek başına yeni bir destek talebi, hesap özeti veya yerel proje verisi göndermez.
Amaç ve hizmet sağlayıcıları
Destek talebi verilerini teknik ön değerlendirme yapmak, destek vermek ve talebin güvenliğini sağlamak için kullanırız. Destek talebi için Google Firebase Authentication, App Check ve Cloud Firestore kullanılır. Uygulama reklam veya kullanım analitiği SDK’sı içermez. iOS sürümünde Firebase’in otomatik SDK tanılama veri toplaması kapalıdır; bu ayar destek talebini, anonim kimliği veya güvenlik amaçlı ağ verilerini ortadan kaldırmaz. Firebase ve Google hizmetlerinin kendi gizlilik koşulları da uygulanır.
Uygulamada e-posta taslağı oluşturmayı seçerseniz form özeti cihazınızdaki e-posta istemcisine aktarılır. E-postayı siz gözden geçirir ve gönderirsiniz; bu seçenek Firebase destek talebi veya otomatik e-posta gönderimi değildir.
Saklama ve seçimleriniz
Yerel proje ve hesap kayıtları siz cihazınızdan silene kadar yerel olarak kalır. Firebase’deki destek kayıtları destek sürecini yürütmek için saklanır; bu sürümde otomatik silme uygulanmaz. Bu nedenle belirli bir saklama süresi belirtmiyoruz.

This policy applies to the Vision-Prep mobile app. The app operator is Akrosis Muhendislik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi, operating as Akrosis Mühendislik.
Local calculator and project data
Calculator inputs and results are processed on your device without being sent to a server. Projects you create and calculation records you save are stored locally on your device. These local records are not sent to Akrosis or Firebase unless you make them part of a support request that you explicitly submit.
The app does not request GPS or device-location permission and does not collect location fields such as country or city.
Data processed for a support request
When you explicitly choose Send request on the Ask Specialist screen, we process the support request. It may include your project description, a calculation summary if you include one, and the contact or project information you choose to provide. Email is required to send a request; name and phone are optional. If completed, company, phone, project type, target inspection, and current camera, lens, or lighting details may also be included in the request text.
This support flow uses an anonymous Firebase user identifier, server timestamp, locale, and App Check validation. Firebase Authentication may also process technical network data, such as IP addresses and client information, for authentication security and abuse prevention.
After the first explicit support request, Firebase Authentication or App Check may refresh technical session tokens. Such refreshes do not by themselves submit a new support request, calculation summary, or local project data.
Purpose and service providers
We use support-request data to perform technical pre-assessment, provide support, and protect the request flow. Google Firebase Authentication, App Check, and Cloud Firestore are used for support requests. The app does not include an advertising or usage-analytics SDK. Automatic Firebase SDK diagnostic data collection is disabled in the iOS version; this setting does not remove support requests, anonymous identifiers, or security-related network data. Firebase and Google services are also governed by their own privacy terms.
If you choose to compose an email in the app, the form summary is passed to the email client on your device. You review and send that email yourself; this option does not create a Firebase support request or send an email automatically.
Retention and your choices
Local projects and calculation records remain local until you delete them from your device. Firebase support records are retained to manage support; this version does not apply automatic deletion. We therefore do not state a fixed retention period.
To ask for correction or deletion of a submitted support record, email us and include the request reference if you have it. Data shared by email is also subject to your email provider’s terms and the recipient-side support process.
