Vision-Prep; endüstriyel görüntü işleme, optik ve aydınlatma için ön hesap, ön seçim ve saha notu desteği sunar.

Destek, gizlilik veya uygulama ile ilgili sorularınız için bize e-posta yazabilirsiniz.

Uygulama içinden destek: Uzmana Sor ekranında Talebi gönder seçeneğini açıkça seçtiğinizde destek talebi kaydedilir. Talebi göndermek için e-posta adresinizi girmeniz gerekir; ad, firma, telefon ve ek proje bilgileri isteğe bağlıdır.

Talebe ekleyebileceğiniz bilgiler

Kontrol etmek istediğiniz parça veya proje açıklaması
Varsa hesap özeti, kamera, lens ve aydınlatma bilgileri
Yanıt için e-posta adresiniz ve isteğe bağlı diğer iletişim bilgileriniz

Görsel veya dosya göndermek isterseniz, uygulamanın oluşturduğu e-posta taslağına dosyayı siz ekleyin. E-posta taslağı oluşturmak destek kaydı veya otomatik e-posta gönderimi değildir.

Vision-Prep supports preliminary calculations, pre-selection, and field notes for industrial machine vision, optics, and lighting.

In-app support: a support request is recorded only when you explicitly choose Send request on the Ask Specialist screen. An email address is required to send a request; name, company, phone, and additional project details are optional.

Information you may include

A description of the part or project you want to inspect
A calculation summary, if applicable, and camera, lens, or lighting details
Optional contact details if you want a reply

To send an image or file, attach it yourself to the email draft created by the app. Creating an email draft does not create a support request or send an email automatically.
